recording and trading of our music and shows. Etree
has our permission to archive our shows.

Thanks,

Policy
Swivel Hips Smith not only permits taping at our shows, but highly encourages it. Tape trading is the lifeblood of our scene. But with the privileges of taping also comes responsibility. Please do not ever sell any show you’ve taped. Be respectful of the venue and its policies, as well as its staff. Please be self-sufficient; bring everything you will need. Remember, the band and sound crew have their own things to take care of. Please be respectful of the other members of the audience. Set your equipment up in the most logical, yet least obtrusive area you can find. If you need a setlist, don’t hesitate to ask a band member. But please be patient. SHS does not mind video taping, either. However, there will come a day when we record shows for release. At that time we may ask that taping not occur. Please understand this. We will give you plenty of notice when this is the case. Most importantly, enjoy the show, and make the music available to any and all who want it, in accordance with your own trading and B&P guidelines. THANKS
